　　创作概念：

　　使用鲜奶装饰是我用来诠释物体外观与形状的原则。身为一位烘培老师，我妈妈在我童年的回忆里常常烘培一些小蛋糕给我。严格的说起来，蛋糕应该是属于我童年的一部分，而且这些蛋糕在我脑海中占有很大部分的回忆。

就因为此原因，鲜奶的使用属于我最常用的一种艺术诠释手法。在前几次的作品中，我使用了一种叫做食物模仿的技巧，而这种技巧会让成品的鲜奶油形状永久的固定。食物模仿是一种日本非常独特的文化，你可以在很多地方发现他的用途，譬如餐厅的橱窗之类的地方。我会很乐意使用鲜奶油的活力以及美丽来填补需要它的空间。

　　I work with the cream decoration as principal of expressing shapes of objects. In my memory, there are cakes, which my mother, who is a teacher at a baking school, always baked. Cakes were always around me in the environment where I grew up. They imprinted deeper impression upon my sight and my memory more than anything else. I have been appealed to the method of using whipped cream as the way of expression, and I have been creating works using fake food technique, which remains the shape of whipped cream permanently. Fake food is one of Japanese unique cultures, and you can find them used for many places, such as for the window display at restaurants. I would like to fill the space with the whipped cream’s pulse, vitality, and beauty of the mass.
